Your service was excellent, first with the timely arrival and professional assistance of your Estimator, John Suiter. Although I’m 76 next June, this was my first experience with carpet and duct cleaning. John answered all my questions and ‘I was sold!’ Eric Florez came out right on time, and did an excellent job, explaining all that he was doing. Ryan Richardson arrived a few minutes before the ducts were done, then went about HIS business in short order, also doing a ‘first class’ job on my carpeting. I could not be more pleased. Just wanted to pass on my thanks to all concerned. Keep up the great work! I’d recommend CAPTAIN CLEAN to all my friends.
