- The system air blower is removed and cleaned, which ensures it does the best quality job.

- High volume vacuum hose is attached to your system to remove all the soil from your home’s heating and duct work system.
- All air registers are isolated and then unsealed one at a time for cleaning, which ensures the maximum airflow at the air register being cleaned.
- Appropriate air wash equipment is then chosen for your system. Several passes are then made with the various attachments to ensure cleanliness, including but not limited to, air whips, pneumatic brushes, skippers and other air powered tools. We then use a video camera or lights and mirrors to thoroughly inspect the system to ensure system-wide cleanliness.
- The system heat exchanger and air conditioning coils are then cleaned (washed) to increase the system’s efficiency, thereby reducing heating or cooling costs.
- After cleaning is complete and has passed inspection, we install a new MERV 8 high efficiency air filter.*
*Systems with replaceable filters only; electronic or electrostatic filters are washed and re-installed.
